“Hi, I’m Tatjana Zuchart. I have a passion for nutrition and healthy living, and I’m on a mission to share my knowledge and help you take back control of your life.”

As a Certified Health Coach, nutrition and healthy living aren’t just a hobby. They’re what I live for. I’m here to help you be healthy…inside & out.


Ever feel like you’re doing everything you’re supposed’ to and yet something is missing? Perhaps you’ve ticked off every box on societies ‘should do’ list, you know…


And as grateful as you are for everything you have, you just know something is missing, you’re not fulfilled or happy with where you are in life. Worse still you hide these feelings from your friends, partner, and your family because you don’t want to seem ungrateful or be a burden to anyone?

Well, that was me. After being in the same job for over 20 years, I thought,

“Wow, is this it to life? Surely there must be more….”


I like to think I was ‘on track, but off purpose’. I was educated – with two Master degrees, a successful and lucrative career, a loving family, a ten-year relationship, a beautiful daughter, great friends and….. a very empty heart!. The kind of empty that makes you feel lost, somewhat trapped and you dread waking up each morning for the fear of the same unfulfilling day ahead.


Then, everything changed – a break-up, a breakdown, and a breakthrough.
Now mind you, the breakdown did involve an episode of being in the fetal position on the bedroom floor for some time… but, I digress. It was a necessary step in deconstructing the false identity I had created with all my “accomplishments” in life.

Fast forward 4 years, I took the leap of faith and decided to do what I was passionate about – Nutrition! I decided to give up living other people’s dreams and now I consciously cultivate my own ideal lifestyle. Life is about finding out your unique talents and living as authentically as you can. I’m now a certified Health Coach and I have fallen back in love with life.  <insert picture link to Partner with Me Page>
